In 2003, Jeff played an instrumental role in the publication of a book that became a Wall Street Journal Best Seller, as well as a Barnes & Noble Top-5 best-seller, “A Message from Garcia: Yes, You Can Succeed,” published by John Wiley, one of the largest business book publishers in the United States.  Additionally, Jeff was the architect of the national and international launch of the book orchestrating the efforts and working in conjunction with two of the nation's leading book publicists.
